Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Hotel Saint Joseph. Below are hotel policies and procedures, read them carefully. As our hotel guest, by reading and signing your on-line hotel registration card you are agreeing to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.

Hotel Saint Joesph will make every effort to honor special requests upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guest of the hotel who does not follow or comply with hotel policies or behaves inappropriately and no refund will be given.

Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made via the online booking platform, email, or phone.

A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation.

Reservations must be secured with a one night’s deposit. 48 hours prior to your arrival, the balance for the full stay will be authorized on the card on file (debit cards will automatically deduct the full amount from your bank account).

Reservations made within 48 hours of arrival are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Please note that a minimum stay may apply during peak seasons or special events.

Check-in/Check-out Policy:

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm

On your arrival date you will receive a text that will confirm your check in, room number, and door access code. Do not share the code as it is specific to your stay and will open your guest room and hotel exterior doors.

If you arrive earlier the Concierge staff will do their best to accommodate an early arrival, however it is not guaranteed.

Check-out time is at 11:00 am.

On the morning of your check-out, you will receive a text with your bill. All that you have to do is review your hotel charges and confirm check-out.

If you require a later check-out, please contact the Concierge before 9:00am on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Holiday and group reservations require a 21-day cancellation notice. All cancellations have a $25 charge back fee. Late cancellations (those within 48 hours of arrival) or no-shows will result in a charge for the full amount of the reservation.

In the event your room becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your stay, move you to a comparable room if available, or reschedule you for another date.

If your form of payment does not authorize the reservation will be automatically canceled. All 3rd party reservations must be canceled through the reserving agency.

Room Policy

All rates at Hotel Saint Joseph are for the number of occupants per room as determined by room type at the time of making your reservation. The hotel Saint Joseph does not provide roll-a-way beds. Exceeding the room occupancy limit may result in cancelation of the reservation.

The Hotel is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during the guests' stay. Any damage caused by the guests to the room or hotel property will be charged to the credit card on file. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate hotel policies or behave inappropriately. No refund will be given in such cases.

Other Policies

Payment

A valid Credit/Debit Card is required when making your reservation. A one-night deposit is required, and the anticipated balance will be charged 48 hours before arrival. Special events (holidays, group bookings) require full payment 21 days in advance. The Hotel Saint Joseph does not accept cash payments. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card for incidentals upon check-in.

Debit Cards

If you choose to use your debit card when making a reservation the hotel will place a hold for the deposit at time of reservation, and then the balance 48 hours prior to arrival. Any remaining funds due back to your debited account will be released upon check-out. Your financial institution may have a contracted amount of time before the funds are released back to you, which can take up to 15 business days.

Smoking Policy

Smoking or vaping tobacco, cannabis, or any other kind of substance is prohibited on our property (including pool and Bayview Terrace areas), and in ALL guest rooms (a daily $500 fine will be applied for smoking in the room and you may be evicted from the hotel.) We appreciate your cooperation.

Quiet Time

To ensure all guests at Hotel Saint Joesph get the quiet enjoyment of their stay, the hotel has a quiet time that is in effect from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. We ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum and avoid all excessive commotion.

No In-Room Party Policy

Hotel Saint Joseph enforces a NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure we can always protect the hotel and our guests. In the event of a disturbance, one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.

Additional Person/s Fees

Pet Policy

Hotel Saint Joseph does not accept pets. Having a pet in your room will result in eviction without a refund. Service dog fraud is considered a second-degree misdemeanor in Florida. Penalties include up to $500 in fines, 60 days of jail time, and 30 hours of community service for an organization that serves disabled individuals.

Parking Policy

One complimentary parking space is allotted per room. Boat parking is not allowed in the hotel parking lot. There is public parking adjacent to the hotel for any additional vehicles.

Use of Hotel Facilities Policy

Hotel Saint Joseph facilities are designed for the enjoyment of all hotel guests. This includes the swimming pool and Bayview Terrace. Non-hotel guests are not permitted in these areas.
